1. Our Services

We provide brand strategy, visual identity, and related creative services as agreed in a project proposal, quote or statement of work. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in your project proposal or quote. Unless otherwise agreed, an initial deposit is payable before work commences, with the remaining balance due on agreed milestones or on completion. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are settled.

3. Intellectual Property

Final, approved deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or assets we use to deliver the work remain our property.

4. Revisions and Feedback

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, set out in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond this may be chargeable at our standard rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and any approvals required for us to deliver the project on schedule. Delays in feedback or materials may affect project timelines.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination and Governing Law

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, in which case you will be liable for work completed up to that point. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
